Congratulation to Derek McKie, Peter Mutter, Murray Benneweis and Everett Zwier for winning Gold at the Provincial Fours in Pickering this weekend. I know you will do your best to represent Ontario and your home clubs including Woodstock at the Canadians in August.

The Woodstock Learn to Bowl program started May 26. We have had lots of people sign up for this program and are full for this season.

Spring is happening at the Woodstock Lawn Bowling Club. Members are busy bowling at the club on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.

WDDS bowls Wednesday afternoons at the Woodstock Lawn Bowling Club for the summer and they have lots of fun bowling. Crystal, Sarah and Jacob help them with bowling.

Woodstock Lawn Bowling Club held their first Open Triple Tournament on May 18th sponsored by Leon's Woodstock. The winners are 1st place Pat Binnie, John Smythe and Patrick Cote. 2nd place Lyall Mix, Everett Zwiers and Julie Mix. 3rd place Derek McKie, Peter Mutter and Murray Bennewies, 4th place Steve Schuknecht, Katie Schuknecht and Barb Schuknecht (missing from the pictures)

The last tournament of the year was held on September 17, sponsored by Scotiabank and 1215 Tire and Auto.
