We are getting ready to ramp up the Youth Jiu Jitsu classes once school is back in session. Class times will remain Tuesday and Thursday 3:30-4:30 pm. Please DM me if you have any questions or interests in this.
We are looking into a way to transport more kids to the classes if parents aren't available at 3:30 pm to drive them to the gym. If this is something that interests you, please DM me.

Thanks to Suzanne Higgs and her boys for stopping in to B7 Jiu Jitsu. Great kids and WOW, they put on a show! It was fun to watch a couple boys at their level go to work!

Suzanne Higgs:
βBoys put their GIs on for the first time in months to try out B7 Jiu Jitsu in Woodstock while we were home visiting. This is a great local gem and yβall are lucky to have it. Prof Lindsay and coach Sam are great with kids and I highly recommend putting your kids into it.
Yes, itβs a long game sport with huge payoff.
It was also nice to see a few girls there.
Who has tried it yet?
