👀 We have another new Assistant Coach!

The Yorkton Kinsmen Maulers are proud to announce the hiring of Brett Breitkreuz as an Assistant Coach.

A native of Springside Saskatchewan, Brett played two seasons for the Kinsmen Maulers program before moving on to playing four years in the WHL. Following his junior career, Brett went on to play 14 years Pro in the DEL in Germany.

Brett will bring his experience and knowledge to the Kinsmen Maulers this year, working closely with the Maulers forward group.

Please welcome Brett and his family to the Maulers!

👀 A familiar face is back for 2026-27 🟠

Warren Shymko has returned to the Yorkton U18 AAA Kinsmen Maulers Hockey Club, moving into a new role with the team.

His role will not just consist as Goalie Coach — the title he’s held for the last two seasons — but has now been also expanded to Assistant Coach.
