I’ve known Jeff Selenge since he was a 9-year-old boy with a big dream and a deep love for the game. Now, 7 years later, I had the privilege to be part of the negotiations and witness the signing of his first professional contract.

Watching a player grow over the years makes moments like this truly special. All the hard work, sacrifices, difficult moments and achievements have led to this day and this is only the beginning.
