In every 200hr course we offer aThai Yoga Massage workshop. Thai Yoga Massage or informally as 'the lazy person's yoga', combines assisted yoga with acupressure techniques. Learn how to relax and get more awareness in body's energy lines, stretching movements, and therapeutic touch.

The science of Kriya Yoga is not known to the public at large. It is an ancient meditation technique that uses pranayama (breathwork), mantra (chanting) and mudras (spiritual hand gestures) to rapidly accelerate spiritual growth. All these practices are to awaken the dormant energy force Kundalini Shakti and transform one's energies to achieve evolution, expansion and universal consciousness. 
After a long time of practicing Kriyas and receiving their benefits I am passionate about teaching Kriyas in every training course as an extra tool to enhance your yoga practice.

The word shaman is of Siberian (Tungusic) origin and describes a seasoned traveler in the spirit realm. Mostly by listening to the monotonous sound of a drum, click stick, or other percussion instrument, or by means of psychotropic substances (such as the fly agaric mushroom), shamans achieve a radical shift in their perceptual field. They do this in order to communicate with the spirit world.
While Yoga contains shamanic elements, it absorbed many other teachings as well. According to Michael Harner, the transition from Shamanism to Yoga occurred at the time of the early city states in the East, when shamans were suppressed by the representatives of the official religion. In order to avoid detection, they had to cease drumming loudly and instead elaborated quiet methods of altering consciousness.
The yogin’s ultimate purpose, however, is to go beyond the subtle levels of existence explored by the shaman, and to realize the transcendental Being, which is transdimensional and unqualified, and which the yogin knows to be his innermost identity. Thus, whereas the shaman is a healer or miracle-worker, the yogin is primarily a transcender. But in the spiritual ascent to the transcendental Reality, the yogin is likely to gather a great deal of knowledge about the subtle realms (sûkshma-loka). This explains why many yogins have demonstrated extraordinary abilities and have long been looked upon by the Indian people as miracle workers and magicians. From the yogic point of view, however, the paranormal abilities possessed by many adepts are insignificant by comparison with the ultimate attainment of Self-realization, or enlightenment.

Awareness of breath in postures helps to control blood pressure and to focus the mind, both of which help to reduce stress. While breathing in postures, attention should be constantly made to keep face, neck and
throat relaxed, as this allows the brain to maintain an adequate supply of blood without the flow of blood to the brain being impeded by muscle tension in these parts of the face, neck or throat. While the aim of your yoga practice should be to remain as relaxed as possible during the practice, for most people at the end of each yoga practice it is important to take at least 5 – 15 minutes of relaxed sitting or supine relaxation (Savasana) with observation of the breath to further relax the body and brain.
