When life gives you lemons make lemonade, right!?!

I got an email from earlier this week saying I could become a TRX Trainer for FREE! I almost deleted that email and moved on like all the others. I thought yeah right must be a joke or I’d need to purchase something, I kept reading it was real. Now taking the FULLEST ADVANTAGE on taking a 7 hour course I always wanted to take 😆

Who’s terrible at remembering to self massage?

Why does it even matter?

SMR (Self-Myofascial Release) aka massaging:
Provides immediate pain relief by releasing unwanted muscular tension by applying gentle pressure to the “knots”
➡️ When we release these “knots” the body restores back to its optimal level of function by resetting the proprioceptive mechanisms of the soft tissue.
➡️ Once it is improves... the tissues lengthens through stretching techniques.

I make this the number ONE fundamental in my programs to master SMR before we move on to other basics.
