“Do This Every Day to Lose Stubborn Fat Fast”

Losing belly fat is a lifelong journey, not a temporary fix. Instead of trying to lose belly fat quickly, focus on staying fit and eating fewer calories daily. A healthy lifestyle includes brushing teeth, applying deodorant, and taking a shower. Fasting or time-restricted eating can help speed up fat loss and lead to a smaller waist.

To achieve a flat stomach, consider skipping breakfast and eating only two meals a day or eating only once a day. Eating real food once or twice a day will help you avoid feeling full and continue eating. It's essential to remember that results come later without effort, so have a plan that helps you eat fewer calories and is sustainable.

In summary, losing belly fat requires making the right decisions on a daily basis, focusing on staying fit and eating healthy foods. Whether you're on a high-carb diet or not, a healthy lifestyle is essential for achieving a slimmer waist.

🌟 How it started vs. how it’s going 🌟

Happy everyone! ☺️

I like to throw one of these in here and there to remind myself where I was at one point in my life and to also remind myself how proud I am of myself ♥️

My journey began in 2/5/19 at my highest of 240 pounds (to my knowledge, couldn’t even been higher). I’ve lost a 100 pounds on and continue to maintain on & ☺️. Though it fluctuates, I’m at a healthy maintenance weight! 💕

It wasn’t easy, it took a lot of willpower and it’s not over… I’m still on my journey and will be for the rest of my life, because maintenance is just as hard as loosing if not harder to be honest!

This body has been through a lot and deals with pain daily. I have an autoimmune disease ( Ankylosing Spondylitis), it has carried 3 kids, went through 3 c-sections & it had one close death scare with postpartum preeclampsia. 😵‍💫🤭

But, I’m here today to show you that you can do it! Don’t compare yourself to others, everyone’s journey is different and WE 👏🏻 ALL 👏🏻 GOT 👏🏻 THIS 👏🏻

No matter where you are in your journey, be proud! 🥲 Take those pictures to look back at and embrace any and all changes! ♥️ BIG OR SMALL!

I have met so many wonderful people on Instagram that I’ve become so close with and that have helped me get through and continue to motivate me daily!

Plus de 2 ans maintenant que j’ai commencé cette aventure et je suis loin d’avoir fini…⏳

Perdre du poids n’est pas un travail de quelques mois. Certes tu peux trouver des moyens de maigrir vite. En revanche, non seulement tu mettras ta santé en danger, mais tu risques de reprendre bien plus de kg que ce que tu as perdu ! 🙃

Et oui, perdre du poids c’est un travail de longue haleine ! C’est changer tout son rapport à la nourriture, son rapport au sport et revoir son mode de vie complètement. C’est aussi travailler son mental, son amour de soi et la perception de son physique. 😅

Tant de choses à revoir qui ne se feront pas en quelques mois, ni en même temps. Il faut y aller par étape, petit à petit, un changement à la fois… 💪

Il faut rester consistant et s’accrocher ! Ne jamais lâcher même si tu n’es pas là où tu espérais, continues car ce n’est que comme ça que tu finiras pas y arriver ! 😁

En commençant, je n’aurais jamais imaginé que mon aventure durerais aussi longtemps ! Je n’aurais jamais imaginé traverser tout ce que j’ai traversé non plus. Pourtant je ne changerais rien ! ♥️

Alors lance-toi, accroche-toi, continue tes efforts si tu es en plein dedans et ne lâche jamais ! 💪💪

Hier nochmal ein klarer Unterschied 😨 Links unglücklich und mit fast Adipositas 30 in meinem alten Job, der mich auch emotional fertig gemacht hat und rechts ausgeglichen, gesund und mit einem healthy lifestyle 😍 Bin so happy, dass ich es durchgezogen habe! Und ihr könnt es auch schaffen. Es fängt alles im Kopf an!

Young lady... You can do it at home, with insignificant gear, shuffling in the middle of family and children. All you really want is your assurance, self-conviction and a substantial objective.

3 years... 3 years can appear to be quite a while from the start, as the greater part of us need brings about 3 weeks (or days? 🤔). However, incredible outcomes make careful arrangements... furthermore time.

😩Do you constantly pull the victim mentality card?

Do you feel as though you have an excuse for verything? Do you feel as if everyone is out to get you? Do you think you have 'bad luck'?

The greatest gift you can give yourself is to emancipate yourself from this negative mindset.

Free yourself. A little self pity is allowed from time to time, as long as gratitude is also practiced regularly.

Daily gratitude exercises and reminders really do help your mental state and help you focus on positivity in your life. Tackling every day is a lot easier when you have a lot to be thankful for. Be kind to yourself and others. X
