A month away , our danceathon for charity , entry is just £8, raffle tickets are a £1 a strip available on the day, we have Fitsteps with Paula, Zumba with SW Fitness and FunkFit and Zumba with Mad, if Aimee comes she may do a set for you and any other instructors that want to make it a PARTY please do .......

ZUMBA GOLD is coming to Bridgwater , 6th March, Eastover Youth and Community Centre, 12pm , Zumba Gold is a low impact dance based exercise class that offers many benefits including improved cardiovascular health, flexibility and balance. Many more physical benefits and of course mental and social benefits ......ZUMBA GOLD is suitable for all fitness levels so is inclusive for everyone.

Classes will be upto an hour and priced at £5 ( cash or bank transfer), no booking required, my page is Zumba Mad for all class information or you can message me if you have any questions.... I look forward to starting your Zumba Gold journey with you, Mad 🥳
