Join us for a 4-week course where we will focus on strengthening and re-engaging the pelvic floor, improving posture and realigning the body, as well as toning and strengthening muscles. Additionally, we prioritize relaxation for both you and your baby, allowing you to bring your little one on the Reformer with you or attend to their needs during the class. We understand that babies have their own rhythm, so we aim to create a stress-free environment for you to enjoy this precious time.
