Fantastic few hours at The Martial Academy at Tilbury FC recently.

Bill and the team offer a range of fitness and self-defence classes for all ages.

They pride themselves on supporting local people with their mental health, encouraging older residents to stay active, and keeping teenagers on the straight and narrow.

Well, that and a combined total of 150 national, European and world titles!🏆

It was great to have a chance to talk to the coaches about how Tilbury’s £20m in Pride in Place funding could be used to support sports clubs like this one.
