After a few weeks off, the lads are back in action and ready to go again. There was plenty to digest from the defeat away at Lowca, but setbacks are only valuable if you learn from them. The boys have worked hard, stuck together, and now have the perfect chance to respond.
Tomorrow they face Bank Quay Bulls ARLFC in the Plate, with an opportunity to put things right and show exactly what they're made of.
