Team Müller - CC Aarau

The Story

How did the new men's elite team founded. The team is proud to represent the Curling Club Aarau, beside the top women's team around Skip Silvana Tirinzoni.

Michael’s previous team, under the flag of the CC Zug ,broke up due to the resignation of his former Skip Yves Hess. Yves completed a successful 30-year-old elite career with the bronze medal at the Swiss Championships.

Michael's affinity for curling sports and the ambition to win, pushed him there to build his own team based on young motivated players. He succeeded with the former number three, Marc Wagenseil (former team Lottenbach), which reached the 5th place at the Swiss Championships. The super-motivated former junior Christian Heinimann, who achieved with his own A league juniors team good results. This gives the team the right youth momentum. And Mike Laub, as a quiet pole next to Marc, who already played three years ago together with Michael.

All players often skipped themselves and therefore having the necessary understanding for the game. This is one of our qualities.
