This October, Christina returns to Heels with a special 4-week Focused Program — created to go beyond simply learning choreography.

We’ll work from the ground up: strengthening your feet & ankles, improving stability, understanding weight placement and alignment, and developing more awareness of how your body moves in heels.

Because confidence doesn’t come from just looking confident.
It comes from understanding what you’re doing.
And of course, we dance. 🔥

Throughout the program, we’ll create a sensual, feminine choreography by Christina and bring everything together in our final session, including optional filming.
