In Clare’s classes she was inviting us to consider how our behaviour contributes to the human caused climate situation. The flooding in Nepal was a result of a glacier becoming unstable and collapsing, one of the consequences of the warming planet.

Reconnecting with ourselves under the Greek sun was pure magic. ✨
This summer, our yoga retreat in Tinos gave us exactly what our souls needed: a peaceful space away from daily routines, endless obligations, and the constant noise of everyday life.
We spent our days deepening our practice, breathing in the sea breeze, nourishing our bodies, and simply taking time for ourselves.
We left with full hearts, grounded energy, and deep connections that will last far beyond the summer. 🧘‍♀️🌊
