Dear Heart!
This autumn, Aite is presenting her new songs INTO THE GREEN in Switzerland. Enchanting harp melodies, deep relaxation, and a safe space for heart and soul await you, along with songs in Spanish, English, and Swiss German.
Created over the past two years in the Upper Amazon, these songs carry the stillness of the Andes, the green of the forest, and the wild nature that resides within us all. INTO THE GREEN seeks to remind you of this - gently, firmly, and with love.
We would be delighted if you joined us for this magical event!

New Class Alert: Monday’s 12.15-13.15
Slow Flow w Pascal Pascal Rutz
✨ Pascal began his yoga journey over ten years ago while looking for balance alongside the physical demands and long hours of working as a baker. He completed his first yoga teacher training in 2022 and began teaching soon after. In 2025, he deepened his studies through a 300-hour advanced training with Kinga Toth and Geoff Brooks, an experience that brought him even closer to the depth of yogic philosophy.
For Pascal, yoga is a way of reconnecting with what is already within us. He believes that when we learn to cultivate peace, compassion, and love inside ourselves, they naturally begin to extend into the world around us. Inspired by the mantra Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu—May all beings everywhere be happy and free—he sees every practice as an opportunity to contribute, in a small but meaningful way, to a kinder and more connected world.
His classes invite students to slow down, breathe consciously, and meet themselves with curiosity and kindness. Rather than striving to become someone else, the practice offers space to rediscover who we already are.
🙏 About his class:
Atha yoga anushasanam – Now, the practice of yoga begins.
Slow Flow is an invitation to arrive exactly as you are. Rooted in yogic philosophy, this class offers a conscious and unhurried practice that helps you reconnect with yourself before returning to the rest of your day. Through mindful, breath-led movement and fluid, intentional transitions, we create space to slow down, listen, and move with awareness rather than rushing from one posture to the next. Depending on the focus of the practice, classes may also include meditation, pranayama, or moments of stillness, cultivating clarity, balance, and presence. Every practice honors the present moment, meeting you where you are and inviting you to simply let the practice unfold naturally.

Kea Island : Villa Naos Villa Nāos Kea
Villa Nāos follows the natural slope of the hill in a sequence of terraces and pathways that feel intentional and effortless. Architecture and land move together: spaces are oriented toward light, wind, and sea, allowing the landscape to define how the villa is experienced. Materials are rooted in place, dry stone, wood, sand, and natural lime. The house blends into the hillside as if it had always belonged here, shaped more by the elements than by design decisions. And with Western facing skies, watch sunsets over the sea every night at dinner.
