Heiko couldn’t clap in rhythm when he started dancing. Two weeks of vacation in England, fifties music in the car, and one task from Larissa: clap along.

Today, dancing is our profession.

Everybody can learn anything. You just need to spend time and be patient.

Just start and trust the process. 🕺

Bal-Love has a special place in our hearts. 💛

More friends than you can dance with, amazing music and you can really feel the love the team puts into the event. 🫶 And it is also a rare chance to compete and challenge ourselves.

Which is why missing the final here last year actually hurt. But that is exactly what competitions can do for you. You go back and do the work. 💪

Because competition is never really with the other couples. It’s with your own nerves, your own doubts, the voice that shows up right before you step onto the floor.

So this past year we worked on our dancing and on our mental strength. Breath work, visualization, checking in with each other and a lot more. 📚

This time we made the final and more importantly we felt really connected to our values and confident to show ourselves. That was the biggest success for us. 🥰

Lots of love to everyone we shared the floor with. So inspiring and so motivating to keep working. Because yes, it hurts but without the possibility of failing, there is not much room to grow.
