Two small decisions that change how your business looks and runs: your tools and your email.
On tools: the ones worth keeping are the ones that ask the least of you. Not the ones with the most features or the prettiest dashboard, but the ones that support your momentum instead of draining it. If a tool needs constant upkeep just to function, it's costing you more than it's giving.
On email: this one is easy to overlook but matters more than people think. Keep your business email separate from your personal one. And if you're a sole proprietor, move off a free Gmail (or similar) address and onto your own domain. It's a small change, it's easy to set up, and it immediately reads as more professional to anyone you're emailing, clients, partners, or otherwise.
Neither of these takes long to fix. Both are worth fixing.
