A day full of learning, sharpening our skills, and gaining new perspectives on Kyorugi refereeing. 🥋💪🏻💫

It was great to see so many Taekwondo enthusiasts come together for a day of learning, exchange, and growth. 💪🏻🙌🏻

Three of our athletes took part in the trainings camp at the National Youth Sports Center in Tenero.

✨ Poomsae Lab 2026, France 🇫🇷 ✨

Our athletes Sophie, Nell and Tin spent four intensive days at the “Poomsae Lab 2026” France training camp, completing a total of 32 hours of training. 🥋🔥

The camp was inspiring, challenging and highly motivating. They learned a lot, trained in a fantastic environment, met amazing people and created new friendships within the Taekwondo community. 💪🏻💫

Last Saturday, Swiss Taekwondo hosted a Poomsae Seminar at our dojang with Maria Gilgen, Switzerland’s National Poomsae Coach.🥋🇨🇭

Bern City Festival 🥋🇨🇭
We were honored to be given a fantastic spot by the organizing committee, allowing us to bring Taekwondo to the heart of Bern and share the beauty, discipline, and spirit of our martial art with the public.🙌🏻🥋

Throughout the event, we welcomed many visitors who stopped by to watch our demonstrations, ask questions, and even try Taekwondo themselves. It was a great opportunity to inspire people of all ages and showcase what our sport is all about. 💪🏻🙌🏻

We were especially honored by the visit of Jean-Marie Ayer, President of Swiss Taekwondo. His presence and support meant a lot to our entire team.🙏🏻

A huge thank you goes to all of our athletes, coaches, volunteers, parents, and supporters who dedicated their time and energy to make this event such a success. Despite the heat, everyone gave their best and helped create an unforgettable experience. 🙏🏻💪🏻🙌🏻
