I got my run done

1st Wednesday, 5 March, Course des Ponts route. It's a 10km race but you can take a shortcut if 6-7km is your thing (but not during the race 😂)

We had two good runs this week including in the rain on Monday. We had a "slow" group on our 6k run on Wednesday ut they still beat the 9k runners to the bar

Weather should hopefully cooperate, 5 degree covered: lovely for the Canadian and the Scottish, incredibly cold for any Souther European like me.

Attention, crew and passengers of GRC Airlines!

Captain speaking. Clear your runways and prepare for takeoff this evening at 19:00 sharp from Parc Bastion/Place Neuve. Destination? The Road of The Escalade Race. We’re expecting some turbulence on the climb, but remember, no one gets left behind—except maybe my dignity. Don't forget to take with your reflective gear or lights, this is a flight during the night!

Post-race, all flights are redirected to Roi Ubu for a refueling session (drinks, obviously). Buckle up and hydrate. It’s going to be a smooth landing into the night.

It's a November Wednesday so we meet at parc bastions gate at Place Neuve at 1900 for Escalade route running. Afterwards: Roi Ubu, Grand Rue 30

Afternoon! 👋 It’s the first Wednesday of November 🎺🎺🎺🎵🎶so we’re running the route of the Escalade 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏾🏃🏻‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Let’s meet at the main gates of Parc du Bastion at 1900 - each lap is 2.53km so feel free to run as much as you like - the Strava local legend has run 38!! After we’ll meet at the Roi Ubu pub on the Grand Rue in the old town. See you all later ✊
