For most people the #1 reason for not moving/exercising/yoga is time; “I don’t have time”. Everyone has time for a movie, time for a party, time for a coffee… why wouldn’t you have time to look after the most important thing in your life? You, your health? It’s never too late, until it is.
Make this a habit, be consistent, give your body what it needs, help deal with your stress and feel good.

We never knew her age and it never mattered. Yoga made her ageless. We thought she would live forever. She taught all of us and beyond the yoga classes, her dedication and beliefs made us the Bikram Yogi we all aspired to be. RIP Emmy Cleaves

About last night’s class.
What a group!
We had Tasso from Australia back after a long (justified) absence, also Bikram yoga teachers Rosie visiting Geneva from and Manu from Zug AND a good bunch of our fab regulars. THIS is Bikram yoga, union or reunion in the hot room.
No matter when or no matter where, it’s 90 min of pure bliss.
(Disclaimer: we didn’t say it was easy…. But it is always worth it!)
