Last pilates class until September . Going to miss all the wonderful ladies at class. Thank you for all your support this year ....definitely helped me not get too depressed with the leg issue. Have a wonderful summer.

End of the Tour de Canton for another year... The first in 12 degrees and the last in 32 degrees. Managed 12 th in my category.....happy to be on the start line !
