Creating opportunities, building communities and inspiring the next generation of women in motorcycling.

As part of the MXGP weekend in Darwin, Australia, MXGP and FIM Women brought together a group of women for a special WMX Track Walk on Friday, hosted by Lachlan Turner and Josh Proctor. 🏍️ 🇦🇺

Drawing on their WMX experience and knowledge of motocross, Lachlan and Josh guided the group around the circuit, sharing valuable insights into the track, preparation and what it takes to compete at the highest level.

Among the participants were six young women from the Northern Territory, representing the next generation of our sport and highlighting the importance of creating opportunities for young women to participate, learn and see the possibilities available to them in motorcycling.

Initiatives like the WMX Track Walk are about more than the experience itself they create connections, increase visibility and help strengthen the pathway for women at every level of motorcycling.

On 10 September at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, the TogetHER – Women Behind Every Race initiative opened its doors to 26 young women, turning motorsport visibility into real career opportunities. This pilot project allowed the next generation to step directly into the technical and creative heart of the sport, spanning engineering, logistics, media, operations, and team coordination. The inspiring day concluded with a powerful message for the future: Believe in yourself. Follow your dream. Persevere.

A special thank you to the Misano World Circuit, the Federazione Motociclistica Italiana (FMI), all the incredible professionals and organizers, and of course, all the amazing participants who contributed to making this experience possible.

Tayla Relph #28 is joining the Prata Motor sport this coming weekend and making her debut in the Women's European Championship 🏁

So excited to be joining Prata Motor Sport this weekend to debut in the ♀𝙒𝙊𝙈𝙀𝙉'𝙎 𝙀𝙐𝙍𝙊𝙋𝙀𝘼𝙉 𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙈𝙋𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋 at Varano Circuit in Italy 🇮🇹

This will be my first opportunity to ride for a new team, work with a whole new crew of people, learn to adapt quickly to a new bike, new tyres & a new circuit, and adapt to a whole new environment! Once again, a very big thank you to Prata Motor Sport for putting their trust in me to get the job done this weekend ✊🏻

I believe the racing will be streamed on YouTube for free - but I will give you guys some more details on that once I know!!

Now it has a name: TogetHER – Women Behind Every Race ⚡️

Misano World Circuit we unveiled the project created together with the FIM Women’s Commission and FMI
to build connections, inspire new generations and highlight the many female professionals who contribute to the world of motorsport every day.

The first edition brought 26 female students from Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, Romania and Singapore to the circuit: first-hand experiences, discussions with female professionals from the industry and an immersive experience in the paddock, discovering what happens behind every race.

But this is only the first step. TogetHER was created to continue, becoming a permanent hub for career guidance and education, capable of building a concrete bridge between new generations and the professional world.

Women Behind Every Race. And this is just the beginning 🏁
