We’re settling the debate...👇 What’s harder?
🏃 Starting the run
OR
🏁 Finishing the run
Every runner has that one part of the run they struggle with most.
For some, it’s getting out the door. The excuses come easily, the couch feels comfortable, and suddenly “I’ll go later” turns into “maybe tomorrow.”
For others, starting is the easy part. It’s finding the determination to keep going when your legs get heavy, the weather changes, or the finish line still feels a long way off.
The truth is, every run asks something different from us. Some days, the hardest part is taking the first step. Other days, it’s convincing yourself to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

So here’s our question for you:
What are you choosing today?
Every day is full of choices.
Some are small, almost automatic. Others ask a little more of us. They ask us to step outside our routine, to take a chance, or to do something we’ve been putting off.
Choosing adventure doesn’t always mean climbing a mountain.
Sometimes it’s taking a different route home, saying yes to an invitation, booking the trip you’ve been dreaming about, or getting out for a run when your instinct is to stay inside.
Choosing courage doesn’t mean you’re never afraid. It simply means you’re willing to move forward anyway.
Choosing curiosity means believing there’s always something new to discover, whether it’s a place you’ve never explored or a version of yourself you haven’t met yet.
At BWILD, we believe those choices shape our lives far more than the big milestones do. They’re the quiet decisions that slowly become a way of living.

Vote down below!
Some people swear by an early morning run.
The world is quiet, the air feels fresh, and watching the sun come up is a pretty incredible way to start the day.
Others would never trade an evening run.
The day’s behind you, the streets are calmer, and there’s something about running under the city lights that just hits differently.
Sooo we’re curious...
If you could only choose one for the rest of the year, which would it be?

Most of us aren’t waiting because we don’t want to start.
We’re waiting because we think there’s a better moment just around the corner…. When work calms down. When the weather improves. When we feel fitter. When we have more confidence. When we’re finally motivated.
The problem is that those moments have a habit of moving further away every time we get close to them. That’s the thing, life doesn’t suddenly become less busy. Confidence doesn’t magically appear overnight. Motivation comes and goes, and the weather will always find a way to surprise you.
If we keep waiting for everything to line up perfectly, we’ll spend more time waiting than actually living. The people who stay active aren’t necessarily the ones with the most time or the most motivation. More often than not, they’re the ones who’ve stopped expecting every day to feel perfect. They know that some runs happen in the rain, some happen after a long day at work, and some happen when you’d honestly rather stay on the couch.
….And somehow, those are often the runs that you’re happiest you did. At BWILD, we believe that movement isn’t about waiting until everything feels right. It’s about deciding that today is good enough.
Because the truth is, you’ll never look back and think, “I wish I’d waited a little longer before I started.”
🚀 Our Kickstarter is now LIVE, and every pledge helps us continue building products that make it easier to get outside, move more, and spend less time waiting for the “perfect” moment.
So here’s a question for you...
What have you been waiting to start?

So here’s a question:
What’s the excuse your mind tells you most often before a run?
Most people don’t need more motivation… They need fewer negotiations.
You tell yourself you’ll go once you’ve finished one more email. Then you wait for the weather to improve. Then you decide you’ll have more energy tomorrow. Before you know it, the opportunity has passed, and the run that was supposed to happen quietly disappears from your day. It rarely happens because you don’t like running.
It happens because your mind is incredibly good at talking you out of doing something that feels uncomfortable in the moment.
The funny thing is, the conversation almost always ends the same way. The hardest part was getting out the door!
Once you’re moving, you’re no longer thinking about whether you should have gone. You’re enjoying the fresh air, settling into your stride, and wondering why you almost skipped it in the first place.
That’s why we believe movement starts long before your first step.
It starts the moment you stop waiting for the perfect mood, the perfect weather, or the perfect time, and simply decide to begin.
At BWILD, that’s the mindset we’re trying to inspire, so that there can be more people choosing action over hesitation.
🚀 Our Kickstarter is launching SOON, and every pledge helps us continue building products that make it easier to get outside, move more, and spend less time talking yourself out of it.
