DARE TO LIVE

We’re settling the debate...👇 What’s harder?
🏃 Starting the run
OR
🏁 Finishing the run

Every runner has that one part of the run they struggle with most.
For some, it’s getting out the door. The excuses come easily, the couch feels comfortable, and suddenly “I’ll go later” turns into “maybe tomorrow.”
For others, starting is the easy part. It’s finding the determination to keep going when your legs get heavy, the weather changes, or the finish line still feels a long way off.
The truth is, every run asks something different from us. Some days, the hardest part is taking the first step. Other days, it’s convincing yourself to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that changing your plan means you’ve failed. In reality, it usually means you’ve learned something.
Very few things turn out exactly the way we imagined they would. The route changes. The weather changes. Opportunities appear that you didn’t expect, and obstacles force you to think differently. That’s true whether you’re training for a race, building a business, or simply figuring out life as you go.
But the goal was never to follow the original plan perfectly, the goal was to keep moving forward!
Sometimes that means taking a different path. Sometimes it means going back to the drawing board. And yep, sometimes it means letting go of the idea you started with because you’ve discovered an even better one.

There’s nothing wrong with changing direction if you’re still heading towards what matters. At BWILD, we believe progress isn’t measured by how perfectly you stick to the plan. It’s measured by your willingness to adapt, keep learning, and keep going, even when the road looks different from the one you first imagined.
So if things haven’t worked out the way you hoped, don’t be afraid to pivot.

The destination might stay the same.
The route doesn’t have to.

🚀 Our Kickstarter is launching SOON, and every step of this journey has involved learning, adapting, and improving. Thank you for being part of it. Link in bio.

So here’s our question for you:
What are you choosing today?

Every day is full of choices.
Some are small, almost automatic. Others ask a little more of us. They ask us to step outside our routine, to take a chance, or to do something we’ve been putting off.

Choosing adventure doesn’t always mean climbing a mountain.
Sometimes it’s taking a different route home, saying yes to an invitation, booking the trip you’ve been dreaming about, or getting out for a run when your instinct is to stay inside.
Choosing courage doesn’t mean you’re never afraid. It simply means you’re willing to move forward anyway.
Choosing curiosity means believing there’s always something new to discover, whether it’s a place you’ve never explored or a version of yourself you haven’t met yet.
At BWILD, we believe those choices shape our lives far more than the big milestones do. They’re the quiet decisions that slowly become a way of living.

Some people swear by an early morning run.
The world is quiet, the air feels fresh, and watching the sun come up is a pretty incredible way to start the day.
Others would never trade an evening run.
The day’s behind you, the streets are calmer, and there’s something about running under the city lights that just hits differently.

Sooo we’re curious...
If you could only choose one for the rest of the year, which would it be?

One of the questions we get asked most is, “Why is it named BWILD?”
The answer is actually pretty simple: We didn’t want to create a brand that was only about running. Running is where our story began, but it was never the destination. To us, being wild has never meant doing something reckless or extreme. It means having the courage to live life on your own terms, even when that’s the harder option.

Sometimes that looks like going for a run when every part of you wants to stay on the couch. Sometimes it’s booking the trip you’ve been talking about for years. Sometimes it’s starting the business that feels too risky, saying yes to an opportunity that scares you, or simply choosing to spend more time doing the things that make you feel alive.

We all have moments where comfort feels easier than curiosity. Where routine feels safer than trying something new. BWILD is a reminder that the most meaningful experiences usually begin the moment we decide to step beyond what’s familiar.
That’s the idea we wanted to build this brand around. We want to create a community that inspires people to move more, explore more, and have the confidence to chase the things they’ve been putting off. It’s about choosing to live a life that feels true to you.
If that’s something you believe in too, we’d love to have you on this journey with us!

Most of us aren’t waiting because we don’t want to start.
We’re waiting because we think there’s a better moment just around the corner…. When work calms down. When the weather improves. When we feel fitter. When we have more confidence. When we’re finally motivated.

The problem is that those moments have a habit of moving further away every time we get close to them. That’s the thing, life doesn’t suddenly become less busy. Confidence doesn’t magically appear overnight. Motivation comes and goes, and the weather will always find a way to surprise you.

If we keep waiting for everything to line up perfectly, we’ll spend more time waiting than actually living. The people who stay active aren’t necessarily the ones with the most time or the most motivation. More often than not, they’re the ones who’ve stopped expecting every day to feel perfect. They know that some runs happen in the rain, some happen after a long day at work, and some happen when you’d honestly rather stay on the couch.

….And somehow, those are often the runs that you’re happiest you did. At BWILD, we believe that movement isn’t about waiting until everything feels right. It’s about deciding that today is good enough.

Because the truth is, you’ll never look back and think, “I wish I’d waited a little longer before I started.”

🚀 Our Kickstarter is now LIVE, and every pledge helps us continue building products that make it easier to get outside, move more, and spend less time waiting for the “perfect” moment.
So here’s a question for you...
What have you been waiting to start?

17/07/2026

It’s easy to think that adventures begin when you arrive somewhere new, but they usually start much earlier than that.
They start when you decide to say yes.

Yes to booking the trip, even though the timing isn’t perfect. Yes to getting up early instead of sleeping in. Yes to lacing up your shoes and exploring a place on foot instead of seeing it through a car window.

So many of the experiences we remember aren’t memorable because they were carefully planned. They’re memorable because, at some point, we chose to stop overthinking and simply went.
That’s what this run through Chamonix reminded us of.
It wasn’t about chasing a pace or ticking off another workout. It was about experiencing a place in a way that slows you down enough to actually notice it. The mountains, the rivers, the quiet streets, the people you meet along the way… running has a way of connecting you to a place that feels completely different from just passing through it.

At BWILD, we’ve always believed that movement can be a gateway to something bigger. Sometimes it’s discovering a new city, sometimes it’s finding a little more confidence in yourself, and sometimes it’s just saying yes to an opportunity you might have talked yourself out of a week earlier.

That’s why this community has never just been about running. It’s about choosing curiosity over comfort, embracing new experiences, and making memories that you’ll still be talking about years from now.

🚀 Our Kickstarter is launching SOON, and every pledge helps us continue building products for people who believe that the best stories often begin with one simple decision.

So here’s a question:
What’s the excuse your mind tells you most often before a run?

Most people don’t need more motivation… They need fewer negotiations.

You tell yourself you’ll go once you’ve finished one more email. Then you wait for the weather to improve. Then you decide you’ll have more energy tomorrow. Before you know it, the opportunity has passed, and the run that was supposed to happen quietly disappears from your day. It rarely happens because you don’t like running.

It happens because your mind is incredibly good at talking you out of doing something that feels uncomfortable in the moment.
The funny thing is, the conversation almost always ends the same way. The hardest part was getting out the door!

Once you’re moving, you’re no longer thinking about whether you should have gone. You’re enjoying the fresh air, settling into your stride, and wondering why you almost skipped it in the first place.
That’s why we believe movement starts long before your first step.
It starts the moment you stop waiting for the perfect mood, the perfect weather, or the perfect time, and simply decide to begin.

At BWILD, that’s the mindset we’re trying to inspire, so that there can be more people choosing action over hesitation.

🚀 Our Kickstarter is launching SOON, and every pledge helps us continue building products that make it easier to get outside, move more, and spend less time talking yourself out of it.

POV: You finally have one less reason to say no.

I’ve always believed that the best adventures are usually the ones you don’t overthink. They’re the ones where someone says, “Want to go?” and instead of finding reasons why you can’t, you simply grab your things and head out the door.

So that’s actually one of the ideas behind the Luminous Vest.
Yes, it was designed with runners in mind, but the more I used it, the more I realized it became the vest I reached for whenever I was going somewhere. It’s my go-to for an evening walk through a new city, a sunrise hike, a weekend away, or just heading out with no real plan, and having tested it out over time, it always had enough room for the things I wanted to bring without feeling bulky or getting in the way.

I never wanted it to be another piece of gear that only came out on running days. I wanted it to be something that quietly became part of the adventure, whatever that adventure happened to be.

That’s really what BWILD is about.
It’s about saying yes more often. It’s about choosing curiosity over routine and collecting experiences instead of excuses. Running is one way to do that, but it’s never been the only way.

So whether you’re packing it for a run, a hike, a day exploring somewhere new, or a trip you’ve been looking forward to for months, I hope it’s a reminder to keep choosing movement, keep saying yes, and keep seeing what’s around the next corner.

🚀 Our Kickstarter is launching SOON for this is the exact vest we’ve spent months designing, testing, and refining.
If you’d like to be one of the first to own it and support what we’re building, you’ll find the link in our bio.
