We offer classes and private yoga coaching for all ages, temperaments and levels of student. In the words of T.K.V.

At YogaTopia we believe that everyone of every age, temperament and state of health has a right to experience the wonderful healing and harmonious effects of a regular yoga practice. Desikachar, „happiness is Mankind’s abiding quest ... the gift of yoga is an accessible, practical approach to an enduring state of happiness.“

Our aim is to share our passion of yoga and its benefits with you. We offer classes and private yoga coaching for all ages, temperaments and levels of student, from beginners to advanced, from those seeking an athletic form of practice to those seeking a practice that is more serene and introspective. The Vedic mantra "Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu" expresses our biggest wish: „May all living things everywhere be happy and free“ and that commences with a regular practice of yoga that leads us back to health, harmony and peace of mind. We look forward to welcoming you on to the yoga mat in one of our many classes.

And today we start with a Hatha Flow class for all levels with from 09 - 10.30
We round off our week with a relaxing Yin class from 11 - 12.15
In the afternoon Claire offers massage & private yoga or yoga therapy.

On Thursday we begin with a gentle Flow class with from 09.00 - 10.15. Constanze then offers psychological coaching until 12.00
Join Kris for a Teen Yoga session from 17.00 - 18.00

& today from 09.15 - 10.45 you can join for a deep dive into an intermediate-advanced Hatha Flow class. 🧘‍♀️
Claire has some free slots for Massage or Yoga Therapy in the afternoon.
We round off our Wednesday in Yogatopia with our once-a-month immersion class with Jan from 19.30 - 21.00. Come & move, sing & meditate with us.
