🔙 Throwback to the Grand Prix of accuracy at Skydive Netheravon, UK 🇬🇧

Watch highlights from Round 1 of a weekend dedicated to sport parachuting disciplines, including formation skydiving and accuracy events, held at the Army Parachute Association dropzone last month.

Accuracy is one of the oldest disciplines in skydiving and one of the purest expressions of canopy control. First contested in international competition in the early 1950s, its principle has never changed: fly your parachute, read the wind, and land as close as possible to a target only a few centimetres wide.

As the season continues, many of the world's top accuracy competitors are now preparing for the Accuracy Landing World Championships in Slovakia, with the Opening Ceremony taking place on 29 August and competition running from 30 August to 4 September.
