This groundbreaking event brings a team sport to the world of air sports — with players flying drones to score goals while defending their own! 🥅🤖

It’s official! The 2025 e-Drone Racing World Cup is ready to kick off with a brand new series of events, and the first one is opening registrations… NOW!

The 2025 FAI Legacy e-Drone Racing World Cup will take place on August 16th, featuring a nostalgic throwback to the very first FAI WDRC track, back from 2018 in Shenzhen!
Registrations are open to everyone, and you are free to complete qualifying laps until August 14th.

While we are not ready to reveal the full FAI e-Drone Racing calendar just yet, it will feature more events than last year, spanning all the way into early 2026. Stay tuned 👀

After breathtakingly fast performances across the five challenging events of the 2024 season, 18-year-old Swan Versmissen of France has been proclaimed the champion of the inaugural FAI e-Drone Racing World Cup. 🏆

🥈Kirill Loban, Serbia
🥉Krutharth Mohan Chickmagalur, India

140 pilots represented 40 countries in the five world cup events, with a variety of tracks including Saudi Arabia and alpine mountains.
