The European Cycling Union is a continental confederation of the International Cycling Union (UCI). Currently 51 countries are members of the UEC.
The UEC was founded on 7th April 1990 in Zurich (SUI) in the presence of representatives of 18 countries. Currently 50 countries are members of the UEC.
