🥋 AKI TRAINING CAMP 2026

Six days to train, learn, fight, improve and push your judo further.

AKI is a camp created for judoka who want to develop their technique, challenge themselves in randori and take their judo to the next level, surrounded by passionate athletes and world class coaches.

For this edition, three exceptional coaches will share their experience and their vision of judo:

🇯🇵 Joshiro Maruyama
2x World Champion and one of the most spectacular technical judoka of his generation.

🇯🇵 Hiroshi Katanishi
Kodokan 8th Dan, internationally renowned for his technical expertise and his ability to transmit the fundamentals of Japanese judo.

🇨🇭 Sergei Aschwanden
Olympic bronze medallist, European Champion and founder of Sergei Judo Camp.

Different generations. Different experiences. Different approaches.
One goal: help every judoka progress.

Expect intensive technical sessions, randori, individual advice and plenty of time on the tatami, all in the unique atmosphere of the Swiss Alps.

🥋 One more day to go.

The energy on the tatami is still as strong as on day one.

Today, participants had the chance to learn from an exceptional lineup of coaches, including Haruka Funakubo, World Championship silver medalist and Olympic bronze medalist, alongside Sergei Aschwanden, Olympic bronze medalist and European champion. (L’Équipe)

They were joined by Udo Quellmalz, Orkhan Safarov and many other renowned athletes, all sharing their experience and passion with the next generation.

Tomorrow already marks the final day of NATSU Camp 2026. One last chance to enjoy every randori, every lesson and every moment together.

🌙🥋 While the camp was sleeping… the cameras were rolling.

Last night, we created something a little different.

Together with and from Team Mikami, we spent two hours capturing the artistic side of judo through a dedicated night photo and video shoot.

Using carefully crafted lighting, we wanted to highlight the beauty, precision and intensity of every movement. Because judo isn’t only about performance—it’s also an incredible sport to capture.

A huge thank you to both athletes for their time, energy and trust.
