Hello 👋🏽 today back extension on the reformer with long box . 4 movements of the spine to spice up your practice or teaching on the long box . Don’t forget to keep your deep abdominals engaged, to breathe and to stay focused. Enjoy and let me know how it feels if you try them
Hello 👋🏽 today im working on my knees with the wall unit and hand springs . These are great exercices to challenge balance strength and core muscles as well as thigh stretches and spine mobility. Hello 👋🏽 today Matwork exercises with the magic circle ⭕️ and the 100 legs in a table top position then the 100 with legs extended , followed by double leg stretch , Criss and Cross , single leg stretch. Try them and tell me what you think about those classical moves . Enjoy

We have here 01- one leg circle ⭕️ 02- one leg small circle ⭕️ 03- two legs together circle ⭕️ 04- two legs separated circle ⭕️.
