We are excited to welcome Lidiia Shek as the newest ITA Education Ambassador! 🌟

Born in Tashkent, Lidiia began her sporting journey as a member of Uzbekistan’s junior national gymnastics team before moving to Ukraine at the age of thirteen, where she quickly joined the junior national biathlon team. She went on to represent Ukraine at three Junior World Championships and one European Championship in biathlon. 🏂

As an ITA Education Ambassador, Lidiia is committed to educating and protecting athletes, particularly young athletes, so they can pursue their sporting dreams in a clean, fair and safe environment. 🌍

We’re proud to have Lidiia on board and look forward to seeing her experience, passion and athlete-centred approach inspire the next generation of clean sport advocates! 💙

In 2025, the ITA continued to strengthen its intelligence and investigations capabilities, with proactive reports through REVEAL increasing by 26%.

As an integral part of effective anti-doping, clean sport education reached more than 15,000 participants worldwide through the ITA’s webinars.

Trusted collaboration remains central to the ITA’s work, with its global network growing to 123 partnerships across sport and anti-doping.

Strong governance and compliance help reinforce trust in anti-doping.

In 2025, the ITA laid the preparatory work for its 80 partners ahead of the 2027 World Anti-Doping Code, while continuing to strengthen its own governance and compliance framework through new initiatives, training and the successful completion of ISO audits.
