What a beautiful beginning of the new year! I spent New Year’s Eve and the 1st of January with my friend . We laughed, talked, enjoyed the fire and the sun and ate hungarian lentil soup. Which should bring us wealth and beauty in 2022!

First snow in Switzerland and I did hit the outdoors for some winter camping with a couple of friends. It’s the first time I used my hammock in the snow and It was so comfortable - toasty warm! For dinner we made raclette with the little titanium stoves from . Delicious!

Auf der Suche nach der Sonne ☀️- das war das Motto unserer November-Tageswanderung. Simone, Moni und Christoph sind mit uns von Einsiedeln über den Amselspitz und die Butziflueh nach Alpthal gewandert. Der Aufstieg war geprägt von dickem Nebel, Reif, Schnee und Eis. Immer wieder war es so rutschig, dass ein Weiterkommen schwierig war. Doch es hat sich gelohnt! Wir erreichten die Nebelgrenze und konnten die wärmenden Sonnenstrahlen auf dem Gipfel geniessen.

In search of the sun ☀️- that was the motto of our November day hike. Simone, Moni and Christoph hiked with us from Einsiedeln over the Amselspitz and the Butziflueh to Alpthal. The ascent was characterized by thick fog, frost, snow and ice. Again and again it was so slippery that it was difficult to get on. But it was worth it! We reached the fog line and enjoyed the warming sunrays on the summit.

Auf der gestrigen Achtsamkeits-Wanderung haben wir die Natur entlang der Kleinen Emme mit neuen Augen entdeckt. Unglaublich, was sich da alles direkt am Wegrand verbirgt, wenn man nur die Sinne dafür öffnet! Gute Gespräche und ein feines Chili con Carne vom Feuer🔥 mit Schlangenbrot bildeten den Abschluss dieser Wanderung.

On yesterday's mindfulness hike we discovered nature along the Kleine Emme with new eyes. It is unbelievable what is hidden right at the edge of the path, if you only open your senses for it! Good conversations and a fine chili con carne with bread baked over the 🔥 formed the end of this hike.
