Noisy brakes?

SwissStop Disc Brake Silencer is designed to help prevent and reduce brake squealing without affecting braking performance.
It also helps reduce braking vibrations and prevent uneven pad wear.

For correct application, remove and clean the brake pads and rotor before applying a small amount of Silencer to the pads. Once dry and reinstalled, the brake pads require a new bedding-in procedure.

Two brake pads can have the same shape and still feel completely different on the bike.

The compound influences the initial bite, modulation, heat resistance, wear and behaviour in different riding conditions.

That’s why choosing a brake pad isn’t only about compatibility. It’s also about finding the compound that suits the way you ride.

Swipe to discover the differences between our four compounds.

Disc brakes may be everywhere, but rim brakes still have their place.

The SwissStop RAT brake pad is part of our rim brake range, developed to provide controlled and reliable braking performance for compatible systems.

Because whether the bike is new or has been on the road for years, the braking system still deserves the right components.
