Classes in 2022 resumed after covid and are on Monday at 18:00 and Wednesday at 17:30 in Bd 216. Both classes are open to everyone and last 1hr. In every course we first do some running, then some cardio and then some basic exercises with gloves (if you do not have them, do not worry, we can provide some).
