~ C O N N E C T I O N ~
Somewhere between the mountains, the water and the trees, I always find my way back to myself. 🌀
There is something about being surrounded by nature that makes everything else become a little quieter.
The noise.
The expectations.
The constant thinking.
The need to be productive.
The feeling that you should always be somewhere else, doing something else, becoming someone else.
And suddenly, there is just this moment.
The ground underneath your feet.
The sound of the wind through the trees.
The feeling of your own breath.
The warmth of the sun on your skin.
No destination.
Nothing to prove.
Just being. 🩵
I’ve spent a lot of my life searching for places that make me feel alive — beneath the surface of the ocean, on mountain tops, on remote islands, on boats, on trails…
But maybe what I’ve been searching for wasn’t really a place.
Maybe it was a feeling. 🌀
That feeling of being completely connected to where I am, who I am, and the life I’m living.
And nature has a beautiful way of reminding me of that.
Maybe that’s why I keep coming back to it. 🌿🌊
When was the last time you felt completely connected to yourself? I would love to hear your story 🩵
