I started as a group classes instructor many years ago. I had sometimes 6 trainings per day. I was exhausted, didn't progress and my health wasn't that good despite of “healthy lifestyle”. Then I got a personal trainer certificate and could decrease the number of group sessions, I built up a better routine for myself, considering enough time to rest. And that's when I finally felt good and got proper results 🙌🏼
