We decided to release **2 additional spots** for our HYROX Simulation but only until **Sunday at midnight**

Our first CFL Social Run is coming up — and you can now sign up in advance! 👟

📅 Saturday, August 15
⏰ 9:00 AM
📍 Meeting point: CrossFit Limmatstadt

Everyone is welcome — members, friends, and anyone who simply enjoys running.

We’ll have two pace groups:
👟 Faster than 6:00 min/km
👟 Slower than 6:00 min/km

We’ll adapt to the group on the day. No one gets left behind — the goal is to run together and have fun!

☕ After the run, join us for a coffee next door if you feel like it.
