1) Life abroad may seem perfect in the photos and achievements you post, but deep down only you, the expat, know what your difficulties are on a daily basis, and there are many, aren't there? From feeling lost in the new culture and the feeling of not belonging, to caring for and maintaining relationships, to dealing with loneliness and learning a new language, there are many challenges to be faced.
2) It seems very simple to the outsider, but for those who are living it, these situations can be complex. And in the middle of all this, we still have to take care of our health, our children, our house, how can we do all this alone and without any direction?
3) That's why Silvana and I developed an intercultural life coach consultancy, a specific consultancy for expatriates who are feeling lost in the next steps of the expatriation. The intercultural coach sessions help you give a direction for your overseas journey to flow with more purpose and abundant health.

I expatriated 23 years ago in search of my dreams, I live in an intercultural relationship, and I raised my son abroad.
