Venho por meio desta manifestar me formalmente sobre a utilização não autorizada de conteúdo de minha autoria e sobre os acontecimentos decorrentes de sua divulgação pública.

Um vídeo originalmente publicado em meus Stories do Instagram foi copiado, reproduzido e redistribuído sem meu consentimento.

Posteriormente, esse conteúdo passou a ser compartilhado fora de seu contexto original, gerando interpretações distorcidas, exposição indevida e ampla circulação de comentários sobre minha pessoa.

Desde então, tenho sido alvo de mensagens hostis, assédio online, ataques à minha reputação e referências indevidas à minha vida pessoal e profissional.

Registro que todas as publicações, comentários, mensagens, capturas de tela e demais interações relacionadas a este caso estão sendo devidamente documentadas e preservadas.

Não autorizo, nem autorizarei, o uso, reprodução, redistribuição ou exploração da minha imagem, identidade ou conteúdo por terceiros sem meu consentimento expresso.

Solicito formalmente:

• A remoção imediata de qualquer conteúdo publicado sem autorização;

A cessação de novas publicações, republicações ou compartilhamentos relacionados a este material;

O respeito à minha privacidade, integridade pessoal e atividade profissional.

Informo ainda que este assunto está sendo tratado com a máxima seriedade e que todas as medidas cabíveis estão sendo avaliadas, inclusive aquelas previstas pelas legislações aplicáveis em matéria de proteção da imagem, privacidade, difamação e assédio.

Esta manifestação tem como único objetivo registrar minha posição de forma clara, responsável e profissional, bem como buscar a resolução da situação pelos meios adequados.

A partir deste momento, não farei novos comentários públicos sobre o caso.

Our youth athletes have earned medals at the IBJJF European Championships, Pan Kids, Abu Dhabi World Pro, and ADCC Trials events, while 10 athletes have been invited into the Swiss National Team development pathway.

Atos is not simply a martial arts school.

It is a youth athlete development academy where children build the skills, confidence, and character that will serve them for life.

The question isn’t whether Atos costs more.

At Atos Jiu Jitsu Zurich we don’t stop for summer we train 12 months a year.

Our summer schedule keeps the mats active all season long.

You build it in the moments nobody sees.

The early morning when you don’t want to train. The loss you have to walk away from with your head up. The doubt you choose not to listen to.

Day after day after day.

I spent 20+ years learning how to do this.

Happy Birthday to our incredible Atos Jiu Jitsu Zurich manager, Leni Soares!

She’s a mom, wife, sister in law, auntie to so many of our students and a student herself.

But beyond that, she’s our nurse, therapist, babysitter, principal, teacher, and counselor.

She’s truly our MacGyver the one both kids and adults (and even me, the head professor and owner) turn to, because we know she’ll always make everything better.
