Bear Crawling the Stairs of Praiano.
Great core and shoulder girdle exercise... The hard part is going back up, which is really when you feel the core unit grafting. Besides the obvious shoulder work, you will even feel your hip flexors kicking in!
With thousands of stairs down to the beach, Praiano, along the Amalfi Coast of Italy, is a beautiful setting with great opportunities for holiday training 😉 In fact, working out daily is inevitable!!
