TFF takes note of today’s judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Case C-209/23 concerning the FIFA Football Agent Regulations.

The judgment addresses EU competition law, the freedom to provide services, FIFA’s role on the relevant markets, and data-protection issues.

TFF remains committed to the principle that any rules affecting football agents must comply with EU law and respect the role of agents as independent professionals.
