The rugby section of Grasshopper Club Zürich has its origin in Rugby Club Zürich, one of the two oldest rugby clubs in Switzerland.
The club currently has 2 mens teams, a ladies team, an academy for juniors and veterans and oldies teams.

Grasshopper Zurich Rugby Team was founded by a mix of expats and locals back in 1968 and to this day the team remains a mix of people & players from all across the world to share the beautiful game of rugby!!

The annual GC Rugby Club Day is around the corner!
2 big inter-club match-ups as our ‘younglings’ play the ‘old boys / ladies’ in 2 hotly contested matches.
The event is open for all to join! BBQ and beer will be flowing to enjoy a great club day!

Vey recently we saw our boys head of to Portugal for the European Beach Rugby Festival | 27 & 28 June 26 tournament!
