We are adding BURN OUT classes Mondays and Fridays 18:05! 🔥💦🏋️‍♂️

Due to the demand of having more evening classes, we decided to give it a go 💪

A message for everyone willing to make a change:

forms of exercise are awesome.
can workout any time of the day.
balance is not a punishment.

We don’t offer you any magic formula. We offer you a space without movement restrictions, a group of people of who share the same goal, a team of coaches always ready to help and most important, a training structure throughout the week.

The challenge is not a bunch of random trainings put one after the other without any sense. We work as a team and we plan every training to be a complementary from the day before.

We can’t wait to share this journey with you!!

Happy Sunday!
We are looking forward to start the 6W challenge tomorrow with all of you!

Tomorrow we perform the BENCHMARK training: 9 exercises 60” work 60” rest. The benchmark is designed to have an overall view on your actual fitness state and control your progress after 6W with us.
It is composed by 3 leg exercises, 3 arm exercises, 2 full body exercises and one core exercise. All the exercises are simple strength exercises because simplicity is key to progress 💪

This training (like all) is open to everyone - including drop ins.
