Deep relaxation can happen when
your nervous system is regulated.

No sound. No guidance. Nothing extra.

Lie on your back, gently stretch your
hips and lower back, then extend your
legs and simply feel the ground
beneath your body.

Then turn onto your right side
and lovingly hug yourself.

That’s it.

Every day. Several times.

It’s not about showing what
I can do. It’s about showing
you what you can do -

If you’d like to open your psoas,
pelvic area, hips, rib cage
and shoulders.

Using a block—depending on
how much opening you want—place
it horizontally or vertically
under your spine, gently
positioning it between T3 and T6.

Breathe slowly & deeply
Hold for at least 3 minutes.

Tension in the neck & shoulders
is commonly caused by stress,
poor posture, and repetitive movements.

Sometimes the weight you carry shows up right here
neck, shoulders, the places that hold
what you don’t say out loud.

You don’t have to keep it.

Give yourself three minutes,
land in your breath
& let this short asana melt the pressure away.

Your body is asking for softness. Give it that.

Was für eine Reise!

Unser Yoga Retreat in Albanien war mehr als nur eine Auszeit – es war eine Erfahrung, die bewegt hat. Wunderschöne Landschaften, tiefe Gespräche, neue Freundschaften und Momente, die unter die Haut gingen.

Wir sind gemeinsam gewachsen – geistig und körperlich. Es war lehrreich, fordernd, heilsam und zutiefst bereichernd.
