Since doing Brazilian JiuJitsu my overall health and wellness increased. From having regular discomfort from an old spinal injury to my agility increasing and my discomfort increasing. I now have more flexibility than I ever had. I haven't felt this way since doing track and field in High school. for opening up this path to me and His son the Lord, and also my Shepherd. Jèsus
