A few impressions from last Saturday's from les Diablerets to Col de la Croix. It was only my second time on this pass and again I was amazed by the beautiful landscape this road is embedded in and by the diverse nature along the way. It would have been nice to see bigger crowds on the climb, but maybe I just started too early together with Didier Defago ... Anyway, climbing alone, in silence, lets you connect even deeper with nature and escape the everyday life. Big thanks to Ochsner Sport and Les Diablerets - Switzerland for organising this beautiful event!

Next Saturday, 4th September, will take place on one of the most scenic cols in the western Swiss Alps: Col de la Croix. The climb from Les Diablerets - Switzerland to the pass guarantees a unique, car-free cycling experience. The route will be reserved for cyclists from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. From the Col, you could do a nice loop down to Gryon on quiet, but not closed roads. An example is given on the map from the Ochsner Sport website here, you might refer to our strava club (Cycling Switzerland) event to see three route suggestions.

Are you going to join us? We hope to see this road crowded by cyclists! Online registration is open until Monday, 30th August through the link in bio (You can also sign up at the start village on the day of the event, the number of participants is not limited.)

Last Sunday, took place. Wow, what a wonderful climb in the heart of Switzerland! 🏔😍
We were lucky, the weather conditions were better than expected, so the participants could enjoy a car-free ride up to Tannalp at 1974 m asl, the view of Titlis and other alpine peaks was pure magic ✨

Thanks to Ochsner Sport and Viktor Röthlin for organizing this great event!
The next Ride the Alps will be on Col de la Croix on September 4th, we hope to see you there 🙌🏼
