The Soul City Festival is an invitation to come together in movement, connection, creativity, and shared experience.

A day to celebrate community and gather through yoga, workshops, embodied practices, music, and creative offerings guided by beautiful facilitators from our community and beyond.

Throughout the day, you are welcome to explore different classes and workshops, spend time in the communal space, enjoy nourishing food, discover conscious products, connect with others, or simply come and soak in the atmosphere.

Whether you join for one offering or stay for the full experience, the intention is to create space for meaningful connection, both within ourselves and with each other.

We can’t wait to share this day with you.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is governed by the Wood element.

It is the energy of growth, direction, and movement.
A force that does not want to be contained. It wants to expand, to reach upward and outward toward the light of summer..

And with this movement comes
Anger, frustration, irritability.

Especially in times like these, as we move toward the Fire season, these feelings can feel amplified.
The anger is not to be suppressed. Wood teaches us it is the very force that allows life to move.
Without this inner push, no flower bud would break open.
No flower would bloom.
Anger shows us where something matters.
Where life wants to move through us.

In Chinese medicine, the organs of this element — Liver and Gallbladder — represent the ability to:
→ choose a direction
→ take action
→ move forward with clarity
So when we meet anger consciously, we alchemize it into:
courage
compassion
tolerance
open-heartedness
A sincere way of walking through life.

So, as practitioners of life, perhaps we can use this momentum is to listen more deeply and welcome the colors, all colors of emotion, as our teachers.

in shared breath, in movement, in singing.

Soul City has always been about this.
A place where you are seen.
Where your name is known.
Where you can arrive exactly as you are.

A space to practice
to connect
to simply be, together.

A small, steady light
that we share.

An invitation to move with the rhythm of spring 🌱

Inspired by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Body-Mind Centering, this offering explores the dance of the five elements: water, wood, fire, earth, and metal, through the lens of the current seasonal flow: the wood element.

Together, we attune to the energy of growth, expansion, vision, and new beginnings.

Join Sovi and Jana for an uplifting Sunday to nourish your system in a holistic way.

Sovi will guide you through a 90-minute embodied vinyasa practice, inviting you to explore the rising energy of spring through familiar shapes, free movement, breath, and sound.

To complement the practice, Jana will offer a spring-inspired soul lunch-light, fresh, vibrant, and seasonal. Expect wild herbs, nourishing homemade dishes, and something sweet to finish.

No singing experience is needed just an open heart. The songs will be simple, repetitive, and easy to join. It’s about coming together and raising the vibration together in unity.

New on the Wednesday schedule

We’re excited to welcome back Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior at 12:15, a dynamic, focused midday practice to move, breathe and realign.

And at 8pm, something special this March:

Hypno-Meditation & Sound — a guided nervous system reset.

Through focused awareness and intentional language, we gently access deeper patterns beneath the analytical mind. The subtle resonance of crystal singing bowls supports parasympathetic activation, helping the body shift from mental overactivity into physiological rest.

You remain aware and in control throughout.
This is structured mental training, designed to increase internal flexibility, emotional stability and clarity.
