Mango-Kokos-Chia-Pudding mit Skyr 🥭🥛✨

Zutaten:
• 30g Chiasamen
• 100 ml Kokosmilch
• 150 g Skyr
• 1/2 TL Honig
• 10g Kokosraspeln
• 1 reife Mango

Zubereitung:
1. Chiasamen mit Kokosmilch vermengen & 20-
30 Minuten quellen lassen.
2. Mango purieren.
3. Skyr & Honig unter den Chia-Pudding heben.
4. Mango-Püree dazugeben & mit Kokosraspeln toppen.

🥄 Perfekt für ein schnelles, gesundes Frühstück

Mango-Coconut Chia Pudding with Skyr 🥭🥛✨

Ingredients:

• 30 g chia seeds
• 100 ml coconut milk
• 150 g Skyr
• 1/2 tsp honey
• 10 g shredded coconut
• 1 ripe mango

Instructions:
1. Mix chia seeds with coconut milk and let them soak for 20–30 minutes.
2. Blend the mango until smooth.
3. Fold Skyr and honey into the chia pudding.
4. Add the mango puree on top and sprinkle with shredded coconut.

🥄 Perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast or snack!
