Here are 3 truths about pole dancing:

1. Your success won’t be messured in the years you are doing it for. Of course practice makes you better but there will always be someone who is getting moves before you - and that is okay. Try not to compare yourself, you got your own journey.

2. Pole dancing hurts. You are using all your muscles and you are literally spinning around a metal pole. It will hurt but you get used to certain pain.

3. Pole dancers spend almost as much time talking about grip as they do training. If you’ve ever seen a group of pole dancers comparing grip products before class, you’re not alone. Finding your perfect grip setup is practically a rite of passage.
