Back in town. The most precious autumn light says hi when I step into the kitchen in the morning. Love this season, the tree in front of my window.

Being here, going slow, long coffee breaks with my best team member , catching up after these days away. India was wonderful, Zürich is wonderful, beauty all around if we look for it.

Amritsar days in September are so hot that we become lovers of the night. The best is to move to the hours after sunset, when the city finally cools a bit and the streets breathe again.

Today's Hukam says:
You are never left alone, feel that with all your heart, and see how your loneliness changes into deep connection with everyone and all around you.

Right now, start with your breath, feel it for a moment, it is always here for you, older than any of your worries. Nature gives you air, food, sun, everything you need, right here, right now, long before you even ask for it.

Some people come to the practice and something in them quietly shifts.

In the noise of daily life, it's easy to keep moving and push what needs to be felt to one side.

This is a space to stop doing that.

Not a workshop full of talking.

A long, immersive practice - movement, breath, mantra and sound - that creates the conditions for something deeper to happen. Space to release what no longer needs to be carried. Space to meet whatever is there, honestly and without judgment. Space to rest and be held by a warm community.

The inner strength is already there. This practice helps remember it.

Open to everyone. If Kundalini Yoga is new to you, this is a beautiful way to start.

Just reach out beforehand and a short introduction can be arranged.
