What does the word 'Tennis' sum up?

The most important dimension of tennis is also education, socialization, fun, health and competition. It also has a very important educational and formative character, a means of transmitting universal values, a school of life, and a possible release valve in which the aggressiveness and tensions inherent with modern society are channeled and diluted. To sum up, the word "tennis" synthesizes an infinity of meanings and a vastness of valences: beauty, health, joy, entertainment, competitiveness, competition and measurement with oneself and others, solidarity, friendship, respect for rules and opponents, etc., but above all a container of moral values and ethical principles.

MVTA tennis academy is a professional organisation specialized in teaching tennis in Zurich. Children, juniors, adults and professionals will have an individual program made exactly to their playing needs and goals. Each player is as unique as his or her potential and the MVTA will give its best effort, experience and knowledge to get to the goal set with the player. Learning the game of tennis while having fun is an essential component of the academy's philosophy, making lessons interesting through many different drills and games. We are strongly committed to providing a positive, motivating and fun learning environment where players can grow both as athletes and as individuals. In addition, tennis is a sport that one will be able to carry on through age and stay healthy and fit even in later life, always having fun, with friends and acquaintances. Players of all genders, ages, cultures, and orientations are welcome in the academy without exception.
